Any sign-in (Sign-In), registration, access with a special code, or direct and indirect visit or use of the tools and services of the Humasoul platform constitutes an electronic signature, full awareness, and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this document. If you do not agree with any of these rules, you have no right to use this platform and must immediately stop using the services and sign out of your account.
1. Scope of Agreement and Right to Change
This document is a legal and binding agreement between the user and the Humasoul platform. The platform reserves the right to change all or part of these terms at any time for technical needs, network security, software development, or legal requirements. Any update takes effect immediately upon publication on this page, and the user's continued use constitutes automatic acceptance of the new version.
2. Account Security and Special Codes
The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of special verification codes, access tokens, and active sessions (Sessions) rests directly with the user. Any activity or transaction performed under your account or verification code is legally attributed to you. In case of loss or disclosure of the special code, the user must immediately notify the platform management.
3. Security Architecture, Encryption and Cookies
To ensure data security and server-side authentication, Humasoul uses the encrypted TLS 1.3 / HTTPS protocol, secure server cookies (with HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict attributes) and LocalStorage. Sensitive data and the financial database are stored Encrypted at Rest.
4. Data Protection and Non-Disclosure to Third Parties
Collected information (including business identifiers, bookkeeping, invoices, and access logs) is processed solely for providing services, authentication, and improving platform security. Under no circumstances will Humasoul sell or disclose users' personal or financial information to merchants, advertising companies, or third parties.
5. Intellectual Property and Prohibition of Abuse
All material and intellectual rights related to the trademark, source codes, user interface (UI/UX), algorithms, and documents of the Humasoul platform belong to this organization. Any attempt at reverse engineering, intrusion, data extraction (Scraping), or unauthorized use of software infrastructure will be legally prosecuted.
6. Limitation of Liability and Continuity of Service
The Humasoul platform makes every effort to ensure 100% continuity, stability, and security of services; however, it bears no responsibility for disruptions beyond its control (including global internet outages, distributed DDoS attacks, or network operator errors) or the consequences of incorrect information entered by the user.
7. Backup and Complete Account Erasure (Right to Erasure)
The cloud database periodically creates secure backups. Users may at any time, by contacting the platform management, request account deletion, blocking, or complete erasure of their related data.
